Betsubara
Embracing the Japanese concept of Betsubara.
The idea of having a “separate stomach” for dessert, guests are invited to indulge in a multi-sensory journey.
An immersive dining experience centered around a five-course dessert flight, complemented by a savory palate cleanser and curated beverages by Chef Mariam Dahleh. Inspired by the serenity of spring and Claude Monet’s water lily paintings and the gardens of his Giverny estate, the event features elegant and whimsical set design by Zein Bseiso.
