Summer in the grove dictates the rhythm. We pull up chairs for the old ways of gathering- slow, seasonal, and together.

The techniques are Italian, but the soul belongs to the chef's home. Built on simple pantry staples- cracked wheat, wild herbs, and golden olive oil -this menu relies on instinct and memory rather than strict recipes.
